Delivery Policy

The outlined Delivery Policy is applicable exclusively to items acquired through the CO Medical & Surgical website (www.comedical.africa).   1. Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be completed within 2-5 business days of order acceptance, with an additional 1-2 day processing period beyond the delivery timeframe. A unique order number, along with a detailed waybill for tracking purposes, will be communicated to you via email. This waybill information empowers you to monitor the status and location of your order at any time.
  2. Delivery Method: All deliveries are conducted by our Service Provider DSV, directly to the address or DSV Locker specified during checkout.
  3. Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be completed within 2-5 business days of order acceptance, with an additional 1-2 day processing period beyond the delivery timeframe.
  4. Guideline Nature of Quoted Delivery Times: Quoted delivery times are indicative, and while we strive to meet them, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may result in delays.
  5. Exemptions for Delayed Deliveries: CO Medical & Surgical is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by factors such as natural disasters,strikes, unrests, pandemics, etc.
  6. Order Confirmation and Changes: Upon confirming your order, any changes to the specified address or delivery option will not be accepted.
  7. Authorized Receiver: To safeguard your purchase, the carrier will only deliver to the specified address and the authorized receiver (you).
  8. Receipt Verification: The recipient will be required to sign the waybill to confirm that the parcel was received undamaged and in good condition. Proof of ID may be requested for authentication.
  9. Damaged or Missing Items: In case of damaged cartons, broken security seals, breakages, damages, or missing items, the recipient can choose to:
    • Check the parcel with the driver and co-sign on the waybill indicating any issues.
    • Accept the damaged parcel with both parties co-signing on the waybill.
    • Return the parcel, indicating the reasons for return, with both parties co-signing on the waybill.
  10. Right to Refuse Service: CO Medical & Surgical reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.
